Kubera Mantra – For wealth, prosperity and auspiciousness

Lord Kubera  is the Hindu god of wealth, and pleasing him is an essential factor in being able to succeed in businesses, and investments. You can pray to Lord Kubera along with your daily routine. It is usually advised to appease Devi Mahalakshmi along with Lord Kubera, so that your life may be blessed with wholesome prosperity.

The Kubera mantra is said to be greatly powerful and beneficial in attracting wealth, prosperity and auspiciousness. You can chant it as a daily prayer for around 3 or 7 times in the morning.

Om yakshaaya Kuberaya Vaishravanaya
Dhanadhaanya deepataye samruddhi dehi daapaya swahaa.

Wealth and prosperity are highly desirable. But we also need to have the capability to handle all the toxins that come with it! Your prosperity and success will attract fake friends and fake relatives like a magnet!

Next, the exploiters will try to take advantage and get a big bite of your pie. Even try to cheat you out of your pie.

Good relationships may turn sour because you are seduced by the maya of the fakes.

So its good to develop skills that can handle the onslaught of the toxins. Lord Shiv drank the poison to save the universe. Mahalaxmi chose Lord Vishnu as Her Husband. She knew that He was very capable of handling everything!

Thank you very much for your informative input 'Anonymous'…as you have stated, wealth comes as a package deal, which provides luxuries along with more enemies, more manipulators and more chances of being prey to fraudsters…

money has a strange way of changing society drastically…a person who never noticed you today may be at your beck and call tomorrow if you become rich…people fail to give the required importance to god character as a measure of a person's status or respectability…and instead base it only on wealth…any criminal is given a clean chit if he/she amasses immense wealth…

in today's society, money is definitely a necessity…since one requires money to be able to eat, drink or live properly…i would like to make clear that the pursuit of money is not deemed a sin, but making money your master and exploiting others for it is truly unforgivable…we have to always apply 'moderation' to our words, thoughts and actions…if we work hard and make money to protect and feed our family , it is dharma…but, if we manipulate others or cheat them to gain wealth quickly, then it is adharma…

the purpose of such mantras which provide wealth is to remove all hindrances that stay in the way of dharma, and hence it helps you gain rightful money and prosperity…it brings in auspiciousness and positive energy to your household by letting in god's blessings…it does not help you to fulfill your intentions of adharma…it will not help you to destroy another person and gain his/her wealth…but, it will definitely make you more hard-working, open more doors of opportunities for you and bring positive change in your life…Om

Kubera Mantra should be recited with His Yantra. And there is a secret with this Mantra and Yantra is that, it also provide the Suraksha Chakcra of Lord Siva as Kubera is a friend of Lord Siva; there by it silently protect and keeps malicious people and elements from the life of the user of this Mantra. And it also grants that Lord Brahma himself protect the house of such a person. And He also get the Blessings of Venus. Due to all of this reasons the person who use the kubera mantra and become wealthy by it, always keeps away from malefic people or elements by the Gods themselves and he never meet or come to see such wicked people in his life.

Thank you very much for your comment 'Anonymous'…As you have already stated, praying to Lord Kubera also brings Lord Shiva's blessings and hence it also helps to ward off shani dosha, akalamrityu and other such sufferings…any mantra can become exponentially more powerful and show it's benefits faster if it is used with the relevant yantra and or other rituals like fasting, but great care must be taken to make sure that the yantra is created in the proper manner…

One thing must be borne in mind. What people today mean by poverty is lack of money. But true poverty is the sense of lack that is in our mind. This sense of lack can end only with the knowledge of truth as taught in Hinduism. No amount of money will make a man truly rich. Otherwise you would not have a Mukhesh Ambani still running after money. If we decrease our wants, also possible only if we are spiritual, lack of money would not be a problem at all. Therefore instead of praying to Kubera for money, we should meditate to realize our true self so that our sense of lack would end.

Om…Thank you so much for your valuable input Mr.Venu…definitely what we need most in life is 'satisfaction'…that satisfaction can come only through the taming of the mind or by the realization of the ultimate truth…as i said before, our society has made money a necessary evil, people need money to fulfill their bare necessities, but it should be allowed to be your master in life…prayers to Kubera may also be made with a request to bring auspiciousness into one's life and to have the lord's support in our endeavors…that will automatically usher in required wealth and prosperity without us specifically asking for it…

Om…Dear Mayu…as mentioned in the post, you can chant the mantra every day in the morning…going to a temple regularly is a habit that will always bring you welfare…it is not just a mechanical ritual which you can do to manufacture money…the taming of your mind, sincerity in devotion and willingness to work hard , along with the blessings of Lord Kubera will shower your household with prosperity and wealth…May God bless you

hello there is some more details on this mantra.
    visrava rishi;berhathichantha;sivamithram dhaneswaro devatha.
"sitting on a plane carried by human,
    body glowing like garudan,lawful
shivan's saga and crown and with jewellery
    and with varadha and gada(mace),
with big stomach,Vaishravanaya i am praying"

'om srim om hrim srim hrim klim srim klim vitheswaraya nama'

making statue as mentioned on placing on the peedam , telling this mantra one lakh and with Sesame ten thousand times.
Telling this mantra ten thousand in sivan temple makes wealth.
sitting under kulakam(i dont know in english, its is malayalam) and telling it one lakh times still makes wealth.

Om..Namasthe J..If you are not able to find time to chant the mantra at home then you may chant it whenever you feel comfortable…but my personal opinion is that the chanting of the mantra while driving may divert your attention from the road and hence it is a risk…but otherwise there is no problem in chanting the mantra while you are stopped in traffic or at a signal,etc..May God bless you

I loved your explanation as i always wonder how wealthy crooks and criminals get so much respect and honest, hard-working people are relegated to the background. The explanation that this is Kali yuga did not make much sense to me since it is Hinduism that believes in it and there are good people who belong to other religions, who are charitable and kind. In fact, it is a shame that such an ancient civilizaton like ours idolizes evil people so much. Thank you. I also have this compelling urge to pray to Mahalakshmi, but since the death of my beloved (and good) husband, i am unable to do what i used to do for the past few years…..offer sarees and sowbhagya items to her. Please advise what to do. I don't have sons and my daughters live abroad and have turned agnostic due to the suffering their father went through as he died of brain cancer.

please dont take the meaning of the mantra literally..it means wealth and prosperity..not bundles of dollars or pounds.
it may not bring stacks of cash but it will keep unnecessary debts and expenditures at bay ,ther e by making you wealthier and happy.
regular chanting is also known to de stress and bring about calm state of mind and positive attitude..these are all you need to live well.

God is inside search for him inside by meditating and following dharma.Dont attach too much to materialstic desires as they will be of no use in spiritual journey. and likewise dont expect material full ment along with spiritual fullment at the same time.
